Belinda Edmondson is an associate professor in the Departments of English and African American & African Studies. She teaches courses on Caribbean, African, and African American literatures. Professor Edmondson is the author of Making Men and the editor of Caribbean Romances: The Politics of Regional Representation. Her most recent book is Caribbean Middlebrow: Leisure Culture and the Middle Class, forthcoming from Cornell University Press.
